Fantasy - Tolkien

J. R. R. Tolkien (1892 – 1973) was an English writer, philologist and university professor. He's the author of the classic high fantasy novels The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit which great success in the United States led to a popular resurgence of the genre. Tolkien's writings have inspired many other works of fantasy and influenced a whole generation.
